Passionately committed is a way to describe Jojo Myers. She has 24 years experience working with people in multiple industries and in many diverse areas. Often described as assertive not aggressive, direct, yet not offensive, focused, and leads with humor, Jojo's favored areas of expertise are facilitating, training and public speaking.
Jojo's college education began with Physical Therapy, and ended in Aviation at the University of Alaska, where she flew for several years and was a volunteer for Air Search and Rescue in Anchorage. At 20, she wrote and taught a curriculum called PPD, Personality and Professional Development for Draughon Business College.
She has worked with various corporations, helping individuals improve their skills, recognize talents, increase abilities, and expand knowledge through leadership development. Today, Jojo is living her passion: enhancing the lives of others both personally and professionally through Matrix Leadership.
As a trained LMI instructor (Leadership Management Inc.), Jojo facilitates the LMI process in the state of Nevada. As an associate with Morrell and Associates, a 22 year old LMI business in Greeley Colorado, Jojo received her LMI training directly from Pete Morrell, Morrell and Associates founder. Jojo is also a part-time Instructor for Western Nevada College, whom outsources Matrix Leadership to their clients through their Workforce Development and Training Center.
The last 10 years have given Jojo the opportunity to sit on various Board of Directors, work with for profit and non-profit organizations, and be a guest speaker for universities and numerous events. Her understanding of the dynamics and personalities of individuals allows her to maneuver groups, boards, and organizations with a determined ease.
